• Purchase your new Canon Multifunctional Printer between 18th February & 30th May 2008.
• Download this claim form and return it completed by 30th June 2008 with a copy of your original invoice or finance agreement (lease document).
• Please ensure that you include the serial number of your machine.

Remember to claim you must include the invoice or finance agreement & the machine serial number.

The serial number can be found on the silver panel on the back of the main body of the machine
