In its drive towards expanding its offering for small and medium-sized businesses and workgroups, Canon has added another photocopier/MFP, the imageRUNNER Advance C2025i, to the highly acclaimed imageRUNNER Advance C2000 series. The impressive photocopier/MFP will provide users with more cost-effective running, high standards of network security and the same unbeatable environmental credentials as all other photocopiers on the imageRUNNER Advance platform. Canon Continues to Define the Shape of the Photocopier Industry
Photocopier News - Colour Photocopier News

The Canon IRC2380i photocopier has been one of the most successful Canon devices in the company’s history. Released back in 2008, offering copying, printing, scanning and optional faxing functionality for the needs of small to medium-sized businesses and workgroups, the Canon imageRUNNER C2380i was an immediate success. Right away, the photocopier received ringing endorsement from Buyers Laboratory Inc. (BLI) winning a prestigious ‘Spring Pick’ Award and quickly went on to become one of the most popular photocopiers in the industry. With productive printing and copying, high resolution scanning in both colour and black and white and exceptional reliability, the Canon IRC2380i photocopier has also been enormously popular in lease deployments, due in large part to its exceptionally low service requirements. But all great things must come to an end and in September 2010 the announcement of the Canon imageRUNNER Advance C2000 photocopier series spelled the inevitable demise of the Canon IRC2380i photocopier. Packed with features and impressive environmental credentials the Canon imageRUNNER Advance C2020/30 photocopiers truly define the shape of things to come. What might surprise many though is a closer comparison between successor and the succeeded. While the C2000 Canon imageRUNNER Advance photocopier models do represent the very cutting-edge in photocopier technology, what’s apparent from wide areas of similarity between devices, is just what an impressive machine the Canon IRC2380i photocopier is. To think that a photocopier launched over three years ago can match its replacement’s performance and even better it on some fronts, is truly astonishing. For organisations looking for the very best value for money, the appeal of the Canon IRC2380i photocopier may be stronger now than ever, with prices at many suppliers at their all-time low. And for those organisations looking to really stay ahead of the game, the imageRUNNER Advance C2020/30 photocopiers look like worthy successors.
